Lawn Mowing
Lawn mowing will be provided once a week, weather conditions permitting. Mowers will be set at two or three inches as conditions allow.
Mowing equipment and patterns shall be employed to permit recycling of clippings where possible.
Blades on all equipment shall be sharp to prevent tearing of the grass.
Weed eating will be performed at the time of mowing.
Power edging of the walks will be done twice a month if applicable on the property.
After mowing, all non-grass areas will be cleaned of grass clippings.
