Fertilization
5 Step Fertilization Program:

Round 1
Dry granular fertilizer with slow-release pre-emergent crabgrass and broad leaf weed control (this should be applied early spring)

A dry quality turf fertilizer shall be applied with

Round 5
This dry granular will be applied late season to improve root growth and help prevent weeds over the winter months
Timing, frequency and rate of applications shall be adjusted to meet horticultural conditions.
Round Up Applications:
Round up will be sprayed in beds/cracks to keep the weeds and grasses out of the non-Grass areas. This will be sprayed once a month from April-October.
Grub Control:
This application is done early summer using a product that in normal conditions will give you control all season long, catching all of the hatches.
Core Aeration:
This service is offered in the spring, fall or both.
This process breaks up the soil compaction and
helps promote a healthy root system. This service
is also good for over seeding and gives you more
out of watering and fertilizers.
Slit seeding and Dethatching:
This can be done on new lawns or lawns with over ½” of thatch. We use only top quality grass Seed mixes with bluegrass and turf-type tall fescue blends.
